No Fear

Avery climbing up the jungle gym, sporting her little tutu. Avery and CJ have no fears when it comes to playing on the jungle gym - which causes a little fear for the babysitter!
Chance chilling as usual.
It took CJ a few minutes to decide to slide down, but when he saw that the soccer ball did just fine, he was happy to cruise on down to retrieve it.
Um, the other way buddy. Heck, it still looks cute!

Just Being Kids!

Looking up to Big Brother.
Avery started rummaging through her diaper bag, found her hat, and began to model it for us. She made a few laps around the island, and even got it on her head correctly at one point. I think she has her future career planned out!
Chance thought no one was looking, so he thought it would be funny to grab the diapers/pull-ups out of the basket and throw them everywhere. Some days, it's all about whatever makes you happy.
Story time. Avery and CJ climbed up on the couch (with a little help of course) and sat for awhile looking through various books. As you can see, they love being together. Maybe some day when they are old and gray, they'll be doing this same thing.

And They're Off!

Unbeknownst to me, or Chance's mom, Chance can climb stairs! On his first attempt, he challenged Avery to a race to naptime.
She was a bit blindsided as he took the lead. (She didn't know he had this newfound skill either)!
Avery, bound and determined not to let him gain any ground, (or get to her blanket) inches closer to the opponent.
Whoa, where did CJ come from??? He takes the lead!
CJ is the clear winner and stands atop the stairs cheering on "Ravery" and "Baby".

Tunnel Vision

Gabrielle came for another visit, and became everybody's favorite babysitter.

Silly Kids

Although it looks likes she's defeated, her persistence paid off, and she made it into the swing.
"I'm going to get you little duckie!"
"Gotcha now!" "Rrrg. You'll never get away."
Chance loves the jumperoo. He can get really wild in that thing!
CJ loves to make funny faces (especially with a little encouragement from the photographer :)
"Rooaar!" This is his tiger growl.
And the award for best fake sleeper goes to....Avery Anne Suver!

"Hey lady that watches us, can we go play outside?"

"Look, that girl is out there. No fair."
Chance has discovered that eating your food with your finger is so much more tasty, and not to mention more fun.
