HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY AVERY!

It was Avery's birthday today, and she was spending the day with mom and dad. We had to celebrate in her honor with the extra Sesame Street hats.

Snuggle Time!!! I was sitting on the floor and Cailyn laid by me, then Avery joined us, so I grabbed the long pillow and we laid down. Then Chance grabbed his blanket and wanted in on the snuggle action, and there they sat... for about 2 minutes.

After the Rain, the Rainbow

Another day in our snazzy rain gear!

After frolicking in the wet grass for awhile, it was time to go inside and clean up. About 5 minutes later, Betsy called to tell us about this perfect rainbow. I had just taken the boys' pants off (muddy and wet!), but we didn't want to miss this sight, so I took them out anyway. They loved it!

"I'm standing in a puddle with these nifty blue boots on, so now what do I do?" asks Cailyn.

"Ahh, I get to stomp and splash!!!"

Chance, as sweet as he is, has been known to chomp down on some fingers. I've seen many a kid poking their fingers at him as if trying to tempt him, and this time I got it on camera! Of course I stopped any biting from happening at this moment.
