Okay, once again, the blog is deciding not to cooperate and post our pictures. I get behind enough as it is, I don't need any help!

Anyway, we are having fun here at Ritter's Critters. The Bradleys, Suvers, and Nevaeh are back, and of course little Nolan has joined the group. Everyone is getting along great and having a good time. It's great to see how much the kids have grown and how much wiser they are. I don't think people believe me, but it truly has been a smooth transition back. Of course there are days that are a little busier than others, but we work it out!

We are looking forward to the fall when Cailyn comes back!!! AND, she will be bringing with her a little friend (: Yep, her momma, Kristy, is pregnant!!! Next week Cailyn gets to come and play, while Mom and Dad find out what's hiding in mommy's tummy. We're so excited, as are they, I'm sure.

Keep a look out for the pictures of these crazy kiddos....

Yay for the Sunshine!

If you click on the picture to make it bigger, you may be able to see Nolan smiling. We went to Creekside in Gahanna with Betsy, Avery and Evan for a nice walk and to lunch with the ducks!

At Creekside feeding the hungry ducks!
A 2 and 3 year olds version of hide and go seek.

Now that the oldest Critters are of preschool age (or close to it), we are getting into our educational material. Avery matched the stickers to the appropriate drawings. C.J., Chance, Cailyn and Avery all know their colors and shapes, so this was pretty easy. They are all pretty bright!

Sleepy Boys

C.J. and Chance came today to play with us, and they had such a great time. They both told me throughout the day that they had so much fun. It made me so happy! Their excitement must have worn them out!

What cutie pies.

The park wore Nolan out too.

Nolan's Oak

Our friends Erin and Chad gave us an oak tree kit when Nolan was born. It has been growing tall and strong, just as he is growing tall and strong. Eventually, we'll get to plant it in the backyard and it will always remind us of how far Nolan's come. (The pink heart sticker is a left over from Avery and Josh a few weeks ago!)

Nolan loves this swing that used to belong to his Aunt Catherine.

Trying to look like a bad dude with his hood up, however, the pink teddy bear pacifier ruins the tough guy imagine.

And the patsy falls out! (That is our name for the pacifier.)

More Bath Time Fun

Yes, I carried Nolan to the kitchen in the laundry basket. What's that saying...two birds/one stone.....

He was mad that we took him from his warm bath and dressed him in this cute little robe.

Our first walk!!! After MANY long weeks of being stuck in the house, we finally had some nice weather. Doesn't Nolan look like a baby doll in there?

Brandon sent this to me from his phone while I was at the grocery store. My little angel.

Sweet Boy.

Avery and Evan came to play. Evan loves his big sis. It's so cute to watch them interact. Avery has been our little mother watching over Nolan and Evan. Get used to it boys; she's always going to be older than you!

Like all of the orange?! The pacifier is even orange.

Looks like Daddy's going to get a smooch!

The kid loves bath time.

We had fun today with Avery and Evan. Some parts of the day were nice and quiet and other parts were a little bit noisy, but overall I think we handled it pretty well. It's a bit of an adjustment juggling two baby boys, but they sure are sweet boys who are worth it! Avery was my little helper and was so good!

Test Run

Josh digging the "Nemo" fish tank.

Josh had a unique way of cleaning up. Gotta get that yoga in when you can.

Test Run

Last Wednesday I got to play with Josh while Melissa did a photo shoot. Avery, Evan & Betsy came over for some play time and everyone had fun-especially the mommys who got to have some adult interaction. Today I am hanging out in the basement, aka Critterville, with Nolan, Avery & Evan. It feels good to be back, even if for only a day. Pictures to come later...
