Valentine's Party

We started off the morning with some yummy heart shaped pancakes.

Each kiddo had their own mailbox full of Valentine treats.

Do the Chance Dance

Chance is quite the dancer. When that music starts playing, his feet start tapping. He's very serious about the "Chance Dance" - just look at his face!

Whoaa! He started doing so many spins, that he got dizzy and lost his balance.

Before leaving for work this morning, Matt made the kids a table fort.

Valentine's Cookies

C.J. made all of his friends heart shaped cookies for our Valentine's party. He rolled out the dough, cut out the cookie hearts, and placed the dough on the baking sheet. He did this all by himself!

So much concentration.

Avery and Cailyn got to play in the driveway today (the grass was too muddy). It became a little too windy for us, so we made our art session short.

No more snow!

Avery decided this is the new way to slide down. So,

C.J. followed suite.

C.J. apparently is trying to tell Nevaeh something very important, however, she doesn't want to listen.
She's thinking, get this kid away!

The Boy's Club

Avery's practicing for her pie eating contest!

Avery and Chance loved playing with Natalia today. Avery is going to be a big sister soon (as is Natalia), so she was practicing her Big Sister role.

Once again, the moment these two saw each other today, they locked eyes and were stuck like glue. No fighting over stuffed animals today - just loves and hugs (:

Natalia appears to be wondering what Chance is going to do! She's keeping her eye on him.

Oh no, he moves in for the kiss. At least it's on the forehead. I think Chance needs to become a big brother, because he's always sooo sweet to his friends (hint, hint mommy and daddy :)

The boys got to make parfaits today with Jello, bananas, strawberries, and of course Cool Whip!!

They shared with everyone, and boy were they yummy!
