What's going on today...

Boy, what fun we've been having and it's not even 10am yet! Avery brought her princess crowns and she and Nevaeh were our beautiful princesses today. When I asked Avery who her prince was, she smiled and pointed to C.J. Nevaeh chose Chance as hers, and then switched to Nolan, and then back to Chance. Chance, feeling flattered, grabbed Nevaeh's hands and began dancing with her - although there was no music playing. So, I decided to indulge him and sing. C.J. and Avery then followed suite. It was like they were dancing at a ball. Then Avery and Nevaeh began singing and acting like serious princesses. It was cute!

We are trying to get Evan to crawl, so this morning he was on his belly. I had all the kids on their bellies too so Evan could see how it's done. He began scooting, but in the wrong direction; he was going backwards! Since we were all on the floor, we thought we should do our morning stretches. The kids think this is silly, and like trying to kiss their toes!

We got a new teeter totter and we're having a good time with it so far. Everyone is taking turns and being careful.

Time to put the babies down and go outside and enjoy this beautiful morning.

Parachute

C.J. and Chance's grandma gave us this parachute. We played with it on the most windy day possible, but it was tons of fun.

Catching Up

I will be posting various pictures to the blog in hopes of catching up. They will not be in any particular order. I've been lucky today with getting many pictures posted, but the last batch decided not to load. It's most likely a problem with our internet, and I hope to have it figured out shortly!

Let's Dance!

Big Sister Avery

Avery was reading a story to Nolan and me while Evan was napping just a bit ago, and when she finished, she decided it was time to hold Nolan. While holidng him on the couch, I asked her if she would be Nolan's big sister too just like Evan. She responded, "Yes. I will take care of them." She also said she would make sure no one would be mean to them. What a sweetheart!
