Whoa!

After blowing up the new kiddie pool, Avery wanted to play in it (sans water). It clearly carried a lot of static charge. Just look at that hair!

While Avery was drinking her bottle, Jester decided to snuggle up with her, which she loved.

Day at the Park

Chance always seems to have a different look on his face. I had to showcase them all!

CJ is mastering the jungle gym - which makes me a little nervous.

Just chillin' on the blanket.

CJ seems to be studying the SAXBY'S mug, not sure exactly how it works.
Mmm, drink Saxby's.
He's finally mastered the mug!
So, what does he think of the icy cold beverage?
It's a hit!
Of course it was only water, but he thought it was pretty cool drinking out of a big person's cup. If you're ever in the Centerville area, visit Saxby's coffee - it's delish! (So, did you like the shameless plug, Kurt and Kerri?)

This Week's Baking Lesson

CJ helped me bake some yummy brownies, and managed to stay pretty clean...
...until I wasn't looking, and he licked his spoon! How sweet of him to offer me his leftovers from his palm.

Avery was having a bit of a silly hair day, so we of course had to capture it!

She decided to put on her Elmo hat to cover it up.
Chance crawling...
Chance attempting to stand up, with no luck just yet.

CJ went pee on the potty!!!
All the excitement wore him out.
Little Ball Player.
"Hey, this is an Indians hat; I'm a Reds fan!"
"Arg, let me tear 'em up!"
"Oh look, a piece of grass."
"They always tell you to eat your greens. This must be what they're talking about."
"Hey, where did it go?"
Yes, CJ has a golf club cover on his arm.

Chance, enjoying the view.
So happy.
More happy.
Whoa! (Can you spot the missing element in the above pictures, that suddenly appears in this one?! Could this have caused Chance's sudden unhappiness?)

The look says it all!

While Avery attempts to stand up on the sit-n-spin, Chance seizes the opportunity to take her bink.
Avery's balancing act is a success!
